Carolyn’s honesty is honestly refreshing, and it totally sealed the deal for us me and my brother in law when we car shopping. You know how pushy some dealerships can get? It wasn’t like that at all with her—she was upfront about everything, answered all my brother in law weirdly specific questions, and didn’t try to upsell us on stuff I didn’t need. I could really tell she is more about matching me with the right car than just making a sale. So, thanks to her no-nonsense vibe, I walked out of Cooley Motors super happy with my Mazda CX-5. This place is the best dealership in New York and I mean it!!! Carolyn and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. They were even engaging and kind to my seven year old son. I felt like I was family. From start to finish this place took care of my wife and I. I came in with a specific model in mind and Carolynn immediately showed us what they had in stock. When it came to look at numbers they didn’t play games. Carolynn took care of us and got us the car we were looking for. This place isn’t like the pushy, arrogant dealerships out there. This place is family owned and for the animal lovers out there even has a little dog that’s sweet and excellent around kids. I promise you if you come to Cooley you will not be disappointed. They were very accommodating. They didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot and the did a dealer search and found me tha car I wanted. I’ve done business with them many times and always was pleased. The salesmen and financial assistance were very nice and easy to talk with. I would definitely buy from Cooley again and recommend Cooley to others.
