This was just my first oil change since I bought the car. Then I got a video of what the technician did and a view of the undercarriage! He let me know about brakes, suspension and other details in the video! Sounds boring but I am a retired machine designer and am very picky about my car and its condition. Very nice job! I had an absolute great experience with the personnel there. I’ve had some horror stories with pervious dealerships so the fact that they were so helpful and advocated on my behalf to get my interest rate halted meant a lot. Most dealerships do the bare minimum just to get the commission. When I need a new car again I will absolutely be going back. Jwira Williams was my sales rep and he was great. If you go there ask for him because he will absolutely take care of everything you need. I never felt like and inconvenience as I asked a bunch of questions and he went out of his way to make my expieience great.

The service department quickly and efficiently helped me get service un Volkswagen Tiguan, which has been difficult to repair. The difficulty was caused by Volkswagen of America not Cooley VW Mazda. This dealerships service department was very helpful.

Went in for an inspection at 4:00pm because they wanted to get me in on the same day. Very accommodating for sure. Sam, my service advisor was amazing and they were all really kind, including Sue in service and Nick in parts.

The battery has been depleted to 2V, and I am uncertain of the precise cause. Attempts to jump-start the vehicle Mazda 2022 CX 5 have been unsuccessful. Cooley Mazda East Greenpush assisted in towing my vehicle, replaced the battery, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would like to express my gratitude for their dedication and service.

This review is overdue, but well deserved! I was in the market for a used CX-30 and came across a great deal on one that Cooley had posted. From the first phone call, Marcus was by far the most helpful out of all the dealers I had been speaking with. He let me know the car was still available, and had it waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The whole process from test drive to driving off the lot to take it home was so easy! Marcus showed a level of care and dedication that was refreshing to me as a buyer, and I knew he was in it to help me find the right car rather than just make a sale. He was super communicative and friendly, and available for any questions I had throughout the process. Even though he was leaving for vacation that day, he made sure I was taken care of first and made pickup seamless for me. He even saved my seat settings from my test drive! (It’s the little things!) This is my first Mazda and he made it a simple choice. Walter made my experience from test drive to picking up my new vehicle completely stress free and super easy. Everything was wonderful from the original phone call, to the reception desk (Sue was wonderful!). The service to my vehicle didn’t take long at all, the facility was beautiful and clean, and everyone loves free coffee while they wait! Everyone communicated well and we even were able to order the recall part, which I previously completely forgot about until it was brought to my attention. I have no complaints and I will be back to this VW when needed.
