As a Mazda technician, you will be expected to follow all manufacturer guidelines and protocols. You will also be expected to abide by dealership guidelines and requirements for customer service. Your main responsibilities will include performing maintenance and repair services on various Mazda models. This may include vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, repairs, and the installation of replacement parts. We use only genuine OEM parts from the manufacturer, which you will need to be able to professionally install in a timely manner. You must adapt to the situation and get to the root cause of any problems a vehicle may be experiencing. Following service, you will be expected to test the systems you worked on to ensure positive results and optimal performance. You will also be expected to keep our customers’ vehicles clean and return them in better shape than they were received.
