Started the car buying process on Thursday (online) and was able to pick up my new Mazda cx50 that Saturday. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Walter made the process very quick and easy for me. Will recommend Cooley Mazda and buying a car from Walter to family and friends!

Great and accommodating service. Took an unplanned trip today and my service light came on last Sunday. My Cape Cod dealer had no availability until 3/12/25 and did not help me..Upon arrival in Rensselaer, I went on line to Cooley and got immediate slot and work was done promptly. Bet if tables were reversed, Cape COD Mazda Premier would turn me away. Cooley service is great.

Josh and Colin were incredibly helpful in the sales & financing department! They went above and beyond in so many ways and really made me feel confident in knowing I chose the right dealership. I got a flat tire 3 hours after buying my vehicle and Josh came to me, stayed with me for a while until he knew roadside was on the way and really did so much more than most people would. Great experience, will definitely be a repeat customer!
Firstly, I love my car! I came in to have my oil changed. I did not need my tires rotated at this time. The staff asked pertinent questions to make sure they knew all about my car and any needs. Every employee with whom I spoke was kind, patient and helpful. They truly seemed to enjoy their job and smiled often. What a difference from so many other businesses these days. I highly recommend Cooley Mazda!
